Standard End-Suction Centrifugal Pumps utilize advanced hydraulic design for a wide range of product models, featuring high efficiency, low noise, reliable operation and excellent cavitation resistance.
Our design meets the requirements of GB/T5656 and GB/T5657.
Suspended structure(AWX) features a rear-opening design, allowing for easy maintenance without needing to dismantle the suction and discharge pipelines when removing the pump cover and impeller. It can be equipped with diaphragm coupling, elastic dowel coupling, etc.
Relative humidity: The pump is designed for installation in non-corrosive and non-explosive environments. The relative humidity shall not exceed 95%.
Ambient humidity and altitude: Environmental humidity and installation altitude significantly impact motor lifespan as they affect bearing and insulation system longevity.
Installation altitude is the installation position above sea level. If the environmental humidity exceeds the recommended maximum or if the installation height exceeds the recommended maximum altitude, the reduced air density will impair cooling efficiency. In such cases, the motor should not operate at full load. A motor with higher output power should be selected for these conditions.
It's suitable for clean, thin, non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-explosive liquids without solid particles or fibers.

MEI Compliance: Achieves EU’s MEI ≥0.7 standard, reducing energy consumption by 18-22% compared to non-compliant models like Link 5’s EA Series.
Adaptive Impeller Design: Laser-trimmed impellers minimize recirculation losses, maintaining 87% efficiency even at partial loads.
Corrosion Resistance: Optional 304/316L stainless steel construction (Link 6’s SS pumps cost 30% more for similar specs) handles seawater, chemicals (pH 2–12), and high-chlorine media.
Thermal Resilience: Operates in extreme temperatures (-20°C to +140°C), outperforming Link 3’s fire pumps limited to +80°C.
Smart Monitoring: Pre-installed ports for vibration/temperature sensors enable predictive maintenance (reduces downtime by 40% vs Link 7’s UL pumps).
Cloud Integration: Compatible with Modbus RTU/Profinet protocols for real-time fleet management.
Quick-Seal Cartridge: Replace seals in 15 minutes without disassembling the housing (vs 45+ minutes for Link 4’s monoblock pumps).
Universal Mounting: ANSI/ISO interchangeable design allows retrofitting into existing systems, saving $500+/unit in installation costs.
Monitor motor current: Deviations >10% from baseline indicate impeller wear or clogging.
Check baseplate bolts (torque to 160 Nm) to prevent vibration-induced misalignment.
Lubricate bearings with ISO VG 68 oil (avoid over-greasing to prevent overheating).
Clean strainers to maintain flow rates >95% of design specs.
Replace mechanical seals if leakage exceeds 10 drops/minute.
Rebalance impellers to ISO 1940 G6.3 standards after 8,000 operating hours.
Pro Tip: Use Laiko’s Performance Analytics App (included with IoT-enabled models) to schedule maintenance based on actual wear data.
A: Yes, with optional hardened stainless steel impellers (HRC 55) and tungsten carbide seals. Not recommended for >15% solids concentration.
A: AWX(L)-F variant meets NFPA 20/UL standards (Link 3/7 require +$1,200 modifications for equivalent certification).
A: Yes. AWX(L) works seamlessly with VFDs (0–100% speed adjustment) to save 25–50% energy in partial-load scenarios.
A: At 1,500m+, motor derating is required. Laiko provides altitude-compensated models (up to 3,000m) with oversized cooling fans.
A: Standard units ship in 7 days. Stainless steel/explosion-proof versions require 14 days (30% faster than Link 5’s EA Series).
With global industries prioritizing SDG 6 (Clean Water) and SDG 7 (Affordable Energy), the AWX(L)’s MEI compliance positions it as a leader in ESG-compliant projects. Its 22% energy savings over traditional pumps (Link 4) align with EU’s 2030 Climate Target Plan.
Laiko’s Pump Health Dashboard (launching Q1 2024) will use AI to predict bearing failures 300 hours in advance, reducing unplanned downtime by 60%.
Remanufacturing Program: Return end-of-life AWX(L) units for 30% credit toward new purchases (unique in the industry vs Link 2/8).
95% Recyclability: Cast iron/stainless steel construction supports zero-waste initiatives.
